In case there is a cancellation, please contact us before the product is shipped. Orders may not be eligible to cancel after the order is shipped.
It is not possible to cancel an online order without contacting our customer service via email email@example.com. Refund will be confirmed by the means of an email communication.
Return & Refund policy
To cancel order that has not been shipped, customer will need to cover transaction fee since it's non-refundable by third-party payment platform (PayPal and credit card payment processing platform ). The details of transaction fee will be send as an attachment. The amount refunded will deduct the transaction fee.
To cancel a shipped but undelivered order, customer will be responsible for any fee generated due to the return request plus the shipping fee from the storage to the destination. The amount refunded will deduct the transaction fee and the shipping fee. Please keep the packing good and don't unpack it, otherwise a restocking fee may apply.
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $25 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if there was no seller's fault. (Please note that we only sell brand new product on onecarstereo.com. (Refurbished product will be marked and sell on other channels)
You will be responsible for any fee generated due to the return request. Please note that unless otherwise specified, the return place will be a factory in mainland China. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
One Car Stereo does not warrant the software installed on our products, only the hardware / harnesses, but will provide technical support to help solve any software issues that my arise.
