Shipping Policy

We provide FAST and FREE delivery service for global customers.

You will get FREE DHL SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders at our site. 

  • All orders require 1-2 working days to process shipment.
  • All orders require 2-3 working days to update tracking number
  • Orders are not processed during weekends or federal holidays.
  • A very small portion of orders may be subject to an additional remote area surcharge, which is separate from the free shipping we offer. If the delivery address is classified as a remote area by our carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS), we will contact the customer via official email to request payment for this surcharge.  Please note that the criteria for defining remote areas are determined solely by the carriers, and as the seller, we have no authority to influence their decisions.

Products will be shipped from either a US warehouse or a Hong Kong warehouse.
For orders from the United States, usually the package will be shipped from either a US warehouse or a Hong Kong warehouse. Most orders placed in the from a warehouse in California.
For domestic shipping, usually it takes around 4 days to deliver.
In case of out of stock situation in US warehouse, we will choose the faster one based on past experience - wait for the products to be warehoused in US warehouse and send out or directly from Hong Kong warehouse.
For orders from regions other than the United States,
The package will be shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong. DHL and FedEx are our most common carriers. Usually it takes around 7 days to deliver to most of the regions.

Note: Please note that DHL is unable to ship directly to Po Boxes For international shipping.

Military address won't be accepted by DHL and other shipping carriers in most cases.
