In this case, we recommend switching the CarPlay Box HE PRO to the Android Auto channel for proper use. There are two ways to do this:

Method 1: Reset Button

  • Power on the CarPlay Box HE PRO.
  • Use a pin to press the reset hole for 3–4 seconds (you’ll feel a click).
  • The CarPlay Box HE PRO will restart automatically.
  • The signal light will change from green to blue on the left side, indicating it’s now in Android Auto mode.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Method 2: Configuration File

  • Request the configuration file from our official customer support.
  • Copy the file to the root directory of a TF (microSD) card.
  • Insert the card into the TF card slot of the CarPlay Box HE PRO while it’s powered on.
  • Wait about 5 minutes for the box to restart automatically.
  • Once switched, the left signal light will turn blue, confirming Android Auto mode.

4. How to connect Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto?

1. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (keep Wi-Fi on but don’t connect to any network).

2. On your car’s display, enter the CarPlay Box HE PRO interface and select “Car Auto” to begin pairing.

3. Connect your phone’s Bluetooth to the CarPlay Box HE PRO.

4. Once paired, your phone will automatically enter the CarPlay or Android Auto interface.

  4. Once connected, you can control CarPlay Box HE PRO with your keyboard or mouse.

1. Since the sound channel of the CarPlay Box HE PRO is the same as the car’s original radio channel, first make sure your car’s radio is not muted.

2. On your phone, when connected via Bluetooth, you can choose the audio output device. Ensure it’s set to AI BOX instead of the phone.

7. I can’t make or receive calls in BT PHONE.

This usually happens due to connecting to the wrong Bluetooth profile. CarPlay Box HE PRO has two Bluetooth modes:

  • Main Bluetooth Mode: for BT PHONE / MUSIC or Wireless CarPlay.
  • Secondary Bluetooth Mode: for external accessories (keyboard, mouse, etc.).

👉 If you want to use BT PHONE, please open the BT PHONE app on CarPlay Box HE PRO, search for your phone, and connect directly there. Do not connect to “QCCM-BTD” (this is for accessories).

7. BT PHONEで発着信ができない場合

これは誤ったBluetoothプロファイルに接続していることが原因です。CarPlay Box HE PROには2つのBluetoothモードがあります：
