CarPlay AI Box Product

If your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired CarPlay system, then these product is compatible. This includes vehicles with both wired and wireless CarPlay function. However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection such as BMW whole series.

A2. Three ways to check if your car has wired Carplay function:

1. Check if there is a Carplay icon on the car audio screen
Some car manufacturers will display the Carplay icon on the car stereo screen.
2. Use an iPhone to test each USB port on the car stereo
Connect the car stereo to the iPhone with a USB cable. If a pop-up window about using Carplay appears on the phone. It means your car has a Carplay function.
3. Consult a car dealer

A3. Turn your vehicle's display screen into a smart TV using the OneCarStereo AI Box. Simply plug the CarPlay AI Box into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with our android user interface. Connect the internet (WiFi/4G SIM card) to download any app and start streaming video with the OneCarStereo android Box.

4. CarPlay Box HE is Rockchip quad-core chip equipped with 4G+64G memory, and has HDMI output function, which can support TV viewing and WiFi Internet access;

Note: They can all upgrade the original car display to the Android system, and can download various apps online, such as Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, etc., and both support iPhone and Android smartphones to use wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. The only difference is the chip processing speed and memory size.

A5. Definitely Not!
The OneCarStereo CarPlay AI box has minimal power consumption and won't significantly affect the car or phone battery. Additionally, if you notice the adapter's light still blinking after turning off your car, there's no need to worry. This occurs because there's residual current in the USB port. You can choose to unplug the adapter, or simply disregard it, as it will automatically power off after a short while.

A6. Yes! The CarPlay box itself will not interfere with the backup camera as it is a standalone infotainment system.

A wireless adapter won't be effective if your vehicle isn't equipped with CarPlay or Android Auto. Instead, you'll need to install a new Double-din car stereo that supports wireless CarPlay and Android Auto.

2. Stolen, lost or damaged products are not eligible for warranty coverage and do not meet warranty claim conditions. For products that meet warranty conditions, we will provide a direct warranty for the claimed product unless the product is no longer available, in which case we will provide a similar model.
