The Cloud SIM function of this product is currently supported only in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. In regions outside of these countries, the Cloud SIM feature will not operate.
Please note: All other functionalities of the product remain fully operational. Internet connectivity can still be provided via Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot, ensuring normal use of all online features.

What is the difference between the latest virtual network technology “Cloud SIM” App and a physical SIM card?
“Cloud SIM” is a virtual network. After purchasing data traffic by scanning a QR code within the App, it can be activated anytime once the device is powered on. It not only saves the cost of purchasing a physical SIM card and avoids the complicated process of manually connecting to third-party hotspots, but also enables internet access while ensuring that wireless CarPlay or Android Auto remains continuously connected without disconnection.
Can I unbind the registration information of “Cloud SIM” at any time?
Yes. We place great importance on protecting customer privacy. You can follow the “Cloud SIM” user manual to unbind the device in the mobile App. The AI Box can then be bound again at any time using the same or a different smartphone.
Can I still use “Cloud SIM” after inserting a physical 4G SIM card?
(1) Yes. In the settings interface of the “Cloud SIM” App, you can manually select whether to prioritize the 4G SIM card or the Cloud SIM network.
(2) Please note that the three network sources—WiFi, 4G SIM card, and Cloud SIM—cannot be used simultaneously. For example, when Cloud SIM is selected as the priority, WiFi or the 4G SIM card will be automatically disconnected.
